SITEBORNE SIGNAL MODULES

Useful capabilities, built into the system.

SITEBORNE Signal Modules add search, guidance, transcription, monitoring, campaign production, and structured intelligence directly to a client-owned website. Each module has a defined purpose, a controlled launch allowance, and a documented path forward.

Included launch allowance: Each feature is configured to operate within the provider’s current allocation under expected light usage. Provider limits, terms, and model availability may change. Proposals identify the allowance, fallback behavior, and upgrade path.

Module prices shown below are normally scoped inside or added to a base Web System package, not purchased standalone. "Module-only monitoring" figures on each card are a narrow add-on covering that one module's allowance and fallback—separate from and smaller than a full Care plan, which covers the entire website.

Signal Module

AnswerMap

Cited website guidance

AI: Retrieval required, generation optional

Answers natural-language questions from approved website sources and links every supported claim back to its source.

IN PLAIN ENGLISH

A visitor asks a normal question and gets a short answer drawn only from material the business has approved.

Why it matters: People reach a useful answer without hunting through navigation, while the business keeps unsupported claims and guesswork out of the response.

Demonstration usageAvailable
Fallback: Semantic retrieval, source excerpts, conventional search, and contact escalation.

Signal Module

SignalSearch

Meaning-based website search

AI: Optional

Finds relevant information when visitors use different wording than the page.

IN PLAIN ENGLISH

Search that understands what someone means, even when they do not use the exact words written on the site.

Why it matters: Visitors find relevant services and guidance faster, and empty searches reveal which explanations the site is missing.

Demonstration usageAvailable
Fallback: Keyword search, filters, and curated navigation.

Signal Module

IntentPath

Guided service matching

AI: Optional

Uses deterministic rules to match a visitor with a service, resource, or next action.

IN PLAIN ENGLISH

A guided set of choices that points a visitor to the service or next step that best fits their situation.

Why it matters: It reduces wrong-fit inquiries without hiding the reasoning or letting an opaque score make a consequential decision.

Demonstration usageAvailable
Fallback: Static decision tree, service links, and conventional project brief.

Signal Module

LeadBrief

Structured inquiry intelligence

AI: Optional

Converts a long inquiry into a structured internal brief without making protected or binding decisions.

IN PLAIN ENGLISH

Turns a long inquiry into a clean internal summary of the goal, timing, budget, constraints, and missing information.

Why it matters: The business can respond faster and more consistently without assigning sensitive or discriminatory lead scores.

Demonstration usageAvailable
Fallback: Deterministic extraction from structured fields plus the original inquiry.

Signal Module

VoiceBridge Lite

Live captions and voice input

AI: Provider transcription required for production; typed input always available

Adds explicit-consent voice input or captions with a complete text alternative.

IN PLAIN ENGLISH

Lets someone speak instead of type, or turns spoken material into readable captions, with a complete text alternative.

Why it matters: It makes input faster and more accessible while preserving consent and a conventional keyboard path.

Demonstration usageAvailable
Fallback: Text input, uploaded transcript, or manual caption workflow.

Signal Module

ContentCascade

Recording-to-campaign transformation

AI: Optional

Turns client-owned recordings into transcripts, article drafts, captions, and campaign components with human review.

IN PLAIN ENGLISH

Reuses one approved recording or transcript to create several useful content starting points.

Why it matters: A team gets more mileage from existing expertise without pretending an unreviewed draft is ready to publish.

Demonstration usageAvailable
Fallback: Accept an approved transcript and run the deterministic content template.

Signal Module

CampaignForge Lite

Controlled campaign variation

AI: Optional

Produces bounded copy and concept variations from an approved brief without publishing or inventing claims.

IN PLAIN ENGLISH

Creates controlled variations of an approved marketing message without adding new promises.

Why it matters: Teams can explore angles and formats quickly while the approved claim remains visible and unchanged.

Demonstration usageAvailable
Fallback: Rule-based variation templates and human-directed copy prompts.

Signal Module

FeedbackAtlas

Customer-language intelligence

AI: Optional

Organizes approved surveys, questions, and feedback into recurring themes with source links and minimum sample rules.

IN PLAIN ENGLISH

Groups repeated customer comments into themes while keeping every theme connected to the original words.

Why it matters: Teams can see what customers repeatedly struggle with without treating a tiny sample as a market truth.

Demonstration usageAvailable
Fallback: Exact filtering, manual tagging, and source-linked review queue.

Signal Module

ResourceMatch

Guided tool and resource recommendations

AI: Optional

Ranks resources by requirement fit, reliability, privacy, accessibility, cost, portability, and support—never commission first.

IN PLAIN ENGLISH

Compares tools and resources against what a buyer actually needs, not which link pays the most.

Why it matters: A buyer gets a reasoned shortlist with costs, limitations, privacy, and migration concerns visible before choosing.

Demonstration usageAvailable
Fallback: Typed filters and visible comparison table.

Signal Module

SiteSentinel

Automated website verification

AI: No

Checks a narrow critical path for page availability, expected content, form visibility, metadata, and screenshot changes.

IN PLAIN ENGLISH

Checks the few website journeys that would hurt the business most if they broke.

Why it matters: The team learns about a missing form, broken call to action, or incorrect page before a customer has to report it.

Demonstration usageAvailable
Fallback: HTTP checks, static assertions, and manual QA checklist.

Signal Module

FreshSignal

Content freshness and knowledge maintenance

AI: Optional

Flags stale, contradictory, broken, or unreviewed content for human approval.

IN PLAIN ENGLISH

Finds pages whose facts, links, or review dates may no longer be trustworthy.

Why it matters: Time-sensitive claims do not quietly age into misinformation, and editors get a focused review queue instead of rereading everything.

Demonstration usageAvailable
Fallback: Last-reviewed dates, exact link checks, and manual editorial review.

Signal Module

ProofVault

Secure document and deliverable portal

AI: No

Provides controlled access to approved resources through short-lived authorization and retention controls.

IN PLAIN ENGLISH

A controlled place to deliver approved documents for a limited time instead of attaching them to a long email chain.

Why it matters: Access can expire or be revoked, and the business can document who was allowed to retrieve a deliverable.

Demonstration usageAvailable
Fallback: Manual delivery through a verified client-owned channel.

COMPLETE FEATURE RULE

An API response is not a finished product.

  1. The website works without AI.
  2. The business process works without a free allowance.
  3. The module creates measurable additional value.
  4. The client owns the account and data.
  5. Usage and limits are visible.
  6. A conventional fallback and provider migration path exist.
